    In some long forgotten level of his mind, he understood what it was like for someone to enter the city of Zootopia for the first time. While Savanna Central was a beautiful thing to behold on the surface, with modern architecture blended seamlessly with more traditional buildings such as the courthouse itself, it was the welcome center for all visitors that arrived by train.
